Limit of 1 vehicle. If the driveway is occupied, you may park them at a local grocery store and then carpool back. We don't allow you or your guest to watch the TV that's located in the living room. This is due to potential noise complaints from other guests. If you book this private room, and you thought it was the entire place, and you wish to cancel, you will not receive a refund. For stays of 30+ nights, we provide a starter pack including one roll each of toilet paper and paper towels, as well as initial supplies of body wash, shampoo, soap, and linens. Please note that guests are responsible for replenishing these supplies as needed during their stay, ★ DAMAGE INSURANCE ★  We know that things might get damaged or broken by accident. If such an unfortunate event occurs, please relax as Opuluxe provides guests with up to $1,500 in coverage for damages to the property, furnishings, or fixtures during their stay. Please let us know as soon as there are damages, and we can get it taken care of by filing a claim after you check-out.
