This home features so many amenities, a lake on 3 acres of land in the backyard, privacy from neighbors, a wet bar, and this bedroom comes with two queen sized memory foam beds and a private bathroom. This bedroom has its own Roku Smart TV. The home also features a dining table that seats 16 in addition to a kitchen that seats another 4. There's plenty of cookware and dining sets, as well as silverware, coffee, and filtered water. The home includes full amenities such as WIFI, Roku Smart TVs, body wash, shampoo, dishes, kitchen use, coffee, appliances, and more! Q: Is the neighborhood safe? A: Yep! We only invest in safe neighborhoods. Q: Would we be able to check-in early? A: Unfortunately, due to the amount of time required to clean the property, I cannot accommodate an early check-in. If you are interested In checking in early, please book the night prior to your stay so that you can check-in as early as you like. We offer the same solution for checking out late: please book an additional night to check-out as late as needed. Q: I see that you have a guest limit. I’m already at the limit for those who are spending the night, but I also have some family visiting during the day but they won’t be spending the night. Would that be ok? A: The guest limit includes those who aren’t spending the night. As long as you don’t reach the max limit with those who are in the home at one time, it would be fine. Q: Is there room for additional vehicles? For example, street parking? A: We can only allow up to 1 vehicle, and we cannot offer street parking due to neighbors. This home has plenty of room for every bedroom to park their car on the driveway without blocking each other in. Q: Is smoking allowed outside? A: We cannot allow smoking outside due to the neighbors, or inside the home due to the smell. Q: Can I see your other properties? A: Sure thing! Please click on our main profile and it’ll display all our homes. Q: Can I call you about this home before booking? A: This platform blocks links, phone numbers and emails from getting sent through messages unless there is an active booking. We also keep communication through this platform after you book as well to ensure quality service. Please message us through this platform and we’ll respond ASAP! Q: Can I view this home before booking? A: Although we usually direct potential guests to rely on the professional photos and my hundreds of reviews rather than view beforehand, you are welcome to schedule a viewing for a refundable $50 fee that shall be refunded should you end up booking. Q: Luggage drop-off/storage? A: If you do not have flights that correspond with the check-in and check-out times, we can allow you to drop off luggage on the same day as your check-in (after 11am) for a $50 fee. The pool and jacuzzi (not pictured) are unavailable for use. Limit of 1 vehicle. There's two driveways, and they are very very long, so you can park on either one. Street parking is not permitted. We won't be providing any linen during your stay, which includes sheets, comforters, pillows, towels, washcloths, etc. We don't allow for you to watch the TV that's located in the living room. This is due to potential noise complaints from other guests.
